[Resolved] IRB Infrastructure — somatane phata toll end date is over but collection continues | |||
As per the displayed notice boad at the somatna phata toll plaza on nh 4 (Between talegaon and dehu road), the toll period ends at 8.8.2019. However, on 8.8.2019 they removed the end date and no new dates are displayed. The toll collection continuous. This is totally illegal and cheating the public. Also they are fighting with the residents in the area and forcefully collecting the same even the residents are exempt from paying toll. Verified Support Nov 21, 2019 IRB Infrastructure Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Madam, We are in receipt of your email dated 19/11/2019, In this regard, would like to inform as under 1. Pursuant to expiry of concession period for Mumbai-Pune Expressway, we have already handed over project to MSRDC on 10/8/2019. The incident forwarded to us is subsequent to our handing over of project to MSRDC and therefore we express our inability to comment on same. 2. You are requested to take the matter with MSRDC and/or concerned Toll Plaza Operator. Thanking you and assuring of our best services at all times.
