IRB Infrastructure — Toll Collected in Cash as well as by FASTAG

While travelling from Mumbai to Gujarat on 24/12/2020 by my Car number MH48BT2001 Charoti Toll Plaza (at 420.300 Km) section Kajali - Manor (Km 381.60 km to 439.00 km on NH48) I have been charged with the cash toll of Rs.130.00 by IRB Surat Dahisar Tollway Ltd by Ticket No[protected] Lanes 22982 for not having FASTAG. Actually I noted that my Fastag was debited by Rs.65.00 on the same location. That time I had FASTAG of HDFC Bank.
I have filed complain with the same toll plaza on[protected] yet I have not received any reply nor I have been refunded the amount. I request you to kindly refund my toll of Rs.130.00 which was charged wrongly by toll plaza.
