IRB Infrastructure — Toll Collected Twice at Chandoli Toll Plaza(Pune Nashik Road)

On 12thFeb2021, at Chandoli Toll Plaza on NH-60 (Pune Nashik Road) I have been charged twice.
Toll Plaza Guy asked me that FastTag doesn't have money balance and I had take toll receipt of Rs 55.50 by Cash but when I crossed toll plaza after paying, I receipt a message from HDFC Fast Tag that fast tag account had been deducted too at Toll plaza.
While returning when i asked at toll counter they said raise a complaint.
It's not first time which happened, earlier also I had reported on Mumbai Pune expressway issue but yet the amount not refunded.

Attached are the photos of case receipt as well as fast tag message.
