IRB Infrastructure — Toll collected twice (practically thrice) fraudulently.

This happened on 3rd December 2022.

The toll person said low balance and charged 270*2=540 by cash as a double charge at the Khalapur toll on the Mumbai Pune expressway. Then immediately after toll, I recharged being shocked to hear a low balance (my balance was above this 203) and after an hour 203 was deducted for the same toll from my fast tag too.

So practically for the toll of 203, I was charged 203 + 2*270 = 743 which is ridiculous.

Request to please look into this and help me get the refund of the unnecessary 540 charged for the same.
