I was travelling on 30th jan 2020 to mumbai from pune.At talegaon toll taken Rs173 at 11.03p.m and at khalapur once again same amount get deducted instead of balance Rs57. SMS received on 00.53a.m of 31st Jan 2020. Request you to refund Rs116 immediately. Dear Customer, ICICI Bank FASTag linked vehicle no. Pursuant to expiry of concession period for Mumbai-Pune Expressway, we have already handed over project to MSRDC on 10/8/2019. The incident forwarded to us is subsequent to our handing over of project to MSRDC and therefore we express our inability to comment on same. 2.
