IRB Infrastructure — Unable to issue a monthly pass for V V nagar (within the radius of 20KM)

I am residing in V V Nagar near professor colony which comes under the radius of 17.78 km. But the Vasad toll tax authority is not issuing me the monthly pass for my car GJ23AF2982. Request you to issue the monthly pass for the same.
