We own a XUV500 vehicle and have Axis Bank fastag with number [protected]. We have travelled from Annigeri (our hometown) to Bangalore on 15th Aug 2022. We have crossed the "Karjeevanhally Toll Plaza" toll plaza around 9.34pm and there was a deduction of Rs 100 as Toll Fee. However, on 17th Aug 2022 we have received two more deductions from "Karjeevanhally Toll Plaza" with details as "Adjustment Entry" for Rs. 17 and Rs. 393 respectively for the date 15th Aug 2022.
As per the statement the "Karjeevanhally Toll Plaza" has multiple debits on the same date & same time.
This is really unacceptable, Hence. I would like to raise a complaint against "M/s IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway Pvt Ltd" for wrong transaction charges and would like to request for a full refund and would request for a fine on "M/s IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway Pvt Ltd" toll plaza for the wrong deduction of Toll Fee and also inconvenience caused to us.
