The scanner did not detect my Fastag and the vendor said that the balance is low, but I had 750 rupees balance into my wallet account. The vendor asked to pay cash. As there was a rush I paid the cash and left. When later I checked my account the money was already deducted from my account. This is the tactics carried by the toll vendor to cheat travellers.
I heard it same problems faced by my other relatives and friends also at the DEHUROAD TOLL PLAZA. I strongly oppose this practice by the toll plaza and want NHAI to take quick action against this. Was this information helpful? |
