I travelled on 12 April 2022 Time 9:15 am to Lonawala by my car MH12MB4680, at Talegaon Toll Plaza, Lane W10 (PSP.200/CR-106(II)/Road-8) operated by M/S. IRB MP Expressway Private Limited, toll operated said the Fastag (Kayur Vyasya Bank 154663) is not readable. I shown to operator that my Fastag is active and has sufficient balance 680 RS 203 RS toll amount. But I was made to pay double the amount 406 rs as penalty and not provided any...

The scanner did not detect my Fastag and the vendor said that the balance is low, but I had 750 rupees balance into my wallet account. The vendor asked to pay cash. As there was a rush I paid the cash and left. When later I checked my account the money was already deducted from my account. This is the tactics carried by the toll vendor to cheat travellers.
