    I am join pramerica life insurance on 16 july2020 and my agency code is - DLF70061360 but now I am selected for the sales manager post in the max life insurance and i am also give the resignation to pramerica on 28june 2021 and resignation also approved on 29june 2021
    But my status also show inforce in irda please kindly change my status and it's not change i am not getting job and i miss the this goldan chance please solve my problem

        Dear sir,
        I am Senior citizen Raghavendra & one of my policy going to be matured in HDFC life insurance. Since so, many days I am trying to contact HDFC office contact no. but no one is in working condition. Even corporate office no. is also not responding. I would have to submit maturity form but I did not know whether offices are opened or not and any branch telephone numbers are not working. Hence I cannot able to contact these office.
        Why all numbers are on google are out off order.
        Therefore you are requested to do help in this regard.

              Remove my Pan card information from IRDA portal

              Sir i had worked as advisor with HDFC Ergo, ICICI Pro, and LIC. I say that at this time my license is terminated for non fulfillment of minimum business guarantee, still my pan is reflected in irda portal. So i request you kindly delete my license and pan no.                     This is not much of a complaint but more of a suggestion.

                    I am a health care provider for ophthalmic services. When we are sending the preauth. documents to the TPA, they are invariably asking for a A scan report.

                    A scan report is mainly a document that surgeon needs to decide the power of the IOL tot be implanted, which he is entitled to change even at the time of surgery. It has no relevance for insurance companies or the TPA's.

                    I suggest IRDA, insurance companies and TPA's understand this and not ask for the A scan report for approval purpose. Asking for the IOL sticker on the discharge summary or even the invoice is understandable to avoid false claims but a document which only tells the surgeon the power of IOL is a medical decision and has no significance in settlement of claim.

                          IRDA Licence cancellation

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          My agency Code 7111378Q of Life insurance corporation of India is still showing in force on IRDA PAN LOOKUP PORTAL.
                          Application has mailed to @irdai.gov.in on the month of September, 2020, for removing my PAN but I didn't get any replies from them and the same is still showing till date.

                          My agency Code BA[protected]of Star health insurance company Ltd is still showing in force on IRDA PAN LOOKUP PORTAL.
                          After several times follow up to branch where the application has submitted on the month of October, 2020, and also mail to [protected]@irdai.gov.in for removing my PAN but I didn't get any replies from them and the same is still showing till date.

                          It's my humble request to you please remove my agent Code from IRDA PORTAL as I have get the good opportunity to join in an another insurance company within seven days if it is not remove within this time frame I am not eligible to join the insurance company as a Employee
