Dear sir,
I have joined in Exide life insurance company limited on 4th January 2008 and after one year got terminated for minimum business requirements. My license also expired in due time. But till date my pan number is showing in irda portal.
So requesting you to kindly remove my pan number from irda portal.

Being an IOB customer, I have a Bank tie up Easy Health Insurance Policy with Apollo Munich Ins. Co. Ltd. for the last 3 years (Easy Health Group Insurance Policy No. PE[protected]. At the time of taking the Policy, I was told by Bank & Ins. Co. that my annual premium will be Rs. 7981/- till 70 years (61 - 70 years bracket) and accordingly the said amount has been debiting from my account by the Bank every year. The premium includes 'Personal Accident Insurance' of Rs. 5 lacs. To my utter disbelief I have got a mail from HDFC Ergo Ins. co. Ltd. that they have taken over Apollo Munich Health Ins. Co. Ltd. and my premium amount has been revised from Rs. 7981/- to Rs. 12628/-. This is shocking as the increase is more than 58% which is unbelievable. I'm a retired person and 68 years old and till date I have zero claim. It is widely reported that HDFC Ergo has increased the premium unreasonably and unethically to recover the acquiring costs of Apollo Munich. As a Controlling Authority I appeal to you to initiate action to revise the premium at a reasonable level, preferably 10% increase and reduce my hardship for which I shall ever grateful to you. Hope you would kindly accede to my prayer.

I do not do any business till now with star health insurance. I am not interested in doing star health insurance.
So please kindly cancel the code for star health insurance and do need full.

Dear sir,

I have taken agency with cholomandlam ms gen. Insurance co. Ltd.in 2010.

But since than i have never worked in the company. I have never applied for renewal of my agency since than, but they themselves renewed my agency in 2015 without myself applied or given permission to do so.
I have applied throungh mail to surrender the agency on my name and delete pan from portal.
They have not done any thing.
You are requested to order the company to cancel the agency and delete pan from agennt portal.

Please cancelled my license. Its urgent basd.

For the job purpose my manager created my irda code of hdfc ergo health. Now i want to cancel that code please tell me the procedure. Also i want to cancel the code of reliance life insurance. Kindly help me to cancel these codes. Even if any online procedure is there.
