I had my lic code - liclic04202964, for deactivation of code i went to office thrice times and they even processed it. And i have cessation certificate too. But on irda portal its still showing in force (Activated).

So,

I request to please deactivate it today itself as per your convenience.

Hi,
I was agent of Religare health insurance .
With agent licence number: RLH20110426.
I have submitted all my documents to Religare company. But there after also pan has not been erased from the IRDA site. Due to active licence I'm unable to join any company. I'm sitting after that it's been 10-15 days.

I was Resigned from LIC 27/11/2017. (Resignation letter attached). Now i am working with SBI Life as BDM. 2 months before my company HR asked me that IRDA portal showing Active LIC code, Get NOC from LIC. Then i have approched LIC Divisional office calicut. They told me my agency was already terminated for long time and my license is also cancelled, I am not getting any kind of commission.(Termination screenshot attached)....
