I was appointed as insurance consultant of bajaj allianz life insurance company ltd.in 2015. After that due to some reason my code is terminated. But my pan is still appears on irda pan lookup portal show as black listed since last 3 or 4 year. I want remove my pan from the portal if possible.
And also want to know that how many time the pan is show on that portal of irda

Sir i had worked as ad visor with hdfc standard life insurance co ltd.. With code no - hdf00638545. I say that my license is terminated for non fulfillment of minimum business guarantee, still my pan is reflected in irda portal. So i request you kindly delete my license and pan no from irda portal. Do the needful as early as possible.
Although it has been detached as per pan look-up, please remove my pan no from your portal.

I amm santosh singha from durgapur, west bengal. I have taken code from lici from durgapur branch 2 date (26/04/2012). But unfortunately for some personal reason i am unable to work. So i give resignation and exit from lici (01/05/2016). But sir still after 4 years in my irdai portal it showing inforce i am not getting any renewals not giving any business from last 4 years. I have talked to branch manager and assistant branch manager asking for a noc and for changing my status to resign. But unfortunately they didnt do, i repeatedly visit branch but still it wont work. I am not able to join any other insurance company and other government job. Have no other way rather than contacting irdai and consumer forum. With due regards it a serious issue that i am facing. And i hope sir you will definitely guide me.

They did not still delete my pan number from irda portal my pan number still reflect in irda portal because of this problem i lost my job i am very disappointed for aegon life behaviour they are not listen to me. I am sending my first mail in 9-7-18 after that i am continuously request them to remove my pan number from irda portal but they are not still remove my pan number. I am request you please do something about my problem. I am very stressed for this problem please solve my problem sir its my humble request to you. I want to get my job back. Please help me.

I was Resigned from LIC 27/11/2017. (Resignation letter attached). Now i am working with SBI Life as BDM. 2 months before my company HR asked me that IRDA portal showing Active LIC code, Get NOC from LIC. Then i have approched LIC Divisional office calicut. They told me my agency was already terminated for long time and my license is also cancelled, I am not getting any kind of commission.(Termination screenshot attached). But till now they not provided me NOC and in irda pan look up my pan exist still for LIC. Please help me to solve the issue
