Respected sir,
I arjit gouda, at/po-muniguda, dist-rayagada, herewith complaining is that one rajib sharma having phone no-[protected] telephoned to my brother amit kumar gouda and offered a loan of thirty lakhs from aditya birla finance group and for that he explained that his company is tie up with insurance company like bharati axa, aviva and exide company, and for obtaining loan at interest rate of 6% i have to purchase a policy according to their scheme of insurance proposal from the above said company. Day and night telephoned me and obtained the documents and asked to send at bharati axa staff namely suresh chouracia at bhubaneswar branch of bharti axa. I have no knowledge about the policy details and prior to obtain a policy they have not provided any document through mail or by post or courier to know details about the policy. He again said prior to obtain the policy that if your loan is not sanctioned then they have the power to cancel it because the company authorized them for 90 days cancellation period. I will get full insurance amount if the loan is not sanctioned. Believing it genuine and to their deception and fraudulent intention i became pray of them and obtained a police bearing policy no[protected] through their process. When i asked for loan they played false play among them and one pankaj garg mob no-[protected] came in contact and asked for another policy from aviva life insurance for clearance of loan with in 15 days. So again i transferred an amount of rs110000/- to aviva life insurance family builder plain without any signature in the proposal form and they obtained another policy and after obtained the policy i asked for the loan and according to their taking i came to know that i have be fraud by them. So personally went to the aviva and bharti branch at bbsr branch to complain.
The aviva office co-operated me by one bidya puri but the staff of bharti axa threatened me and did not allow for freelook of the policey. The fraud stars and the branch staff namely suresh chaurasia having nexus to deceive the people and obtaining the policy fraudulently. So be kind and generous enough to take action against the insurance company and the person in connection with them to make me fraud. And also take action for free cool up above said policy.

Pl refer my complain dt 08.01.19 and 17.01.19 regarding non refund of investment by tata aia. Earlier you had informed to co will intimate above issue. But till date no information has been received. It means co does not care of irdas instruction and tata aia try to forfeit my amount approx rs.2.60 lakhs and misguided by tata aia offcers for apptt.

Ref. My complain dt 08.01.09 for refund of amount for rs.2, 60, 000/-appx from tata aia against investment of policy. Till date coy not informed about my return as i am facing financial need for daughters marriage. Earlier, several correspondence made with tata aia and they decline to return the same and put me problem. Request to return the amount.

I need noc for transferring my agent code to any other insurance company to work with for some specific reasons.

I am Kuldeep singh Pan – HBWPS4001P it has a agency code with Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Branch Moradabad I have applied for cancellation for my agency code. I never give any policy in this code, it has already terminated by Reliance in 30 June 2018. but its still showing with my PAN no. please release it otherwise I will loose my job. please cancel my agency code Immediately.

Appx.Rs2, 60, 000/- was invested in TATA AIA during the year 02/2018. Now unable to continue the policy due financial constraints/daughter's marriage. I had already intimated TATA/AIA to refund the amount but company is not agreed to refund. Now I retired from elite force. I am totally disappointed with the service given by sbi. They are not giving proper guidence to me. Whenever i visit the office, the office would be in the worst condition. For asking related to that, they would not give proper.
But unfortunately this year i have been forced to do insurance with an other insurance company. Completely reply.
Please clarify me regarding this quickly. As soon as possible solve my complaint because i have been forced to join an other insurance company.

Now i had got job in aditya birla sun life, because of my name showing in irda i am getting trouble in servived the job.
So, i am requesting you to please remove my name from irda so i can work in in aditya birla sun life. Hope you will accept my request and short out as soon as possible.

One of your agent nanasaheb mali and also has his code registration done in lic, shriram bajaj and icici lombard, new india assurance too working in chola general insurance is sharing his commission in cash to customers by which it's to difficult to work for us as i am new in this sector and want to develop my carriar in this sector only but after going through market i have come to know about the system of work done by this agent is to share his commission in cash and get grater incentive from company by showing that he has very good business with support of claim officers and bm of chola at our local town named shrirampur dist ahmednagar if you want i can send you call recording and also the amount paid by him photos with customer also he takes all payment by cash from customer and pay through his cards which helps him too.
I request you to please take some of action on the agent and bm of chola so that new comer's can make there carrier in this sector too as we don't have any background and also any financial support from family or banks this is only the business where we don't require any capital jat goodwill required please do the some thing for the same as i am also sending a written complaint on your nashik and hyderabad address to.

Dear sir/madam,

This is bring to your kind notice that i have got a government job in west bengal. Therefore i request you to kindly issue the n. O. C. Against above mentioned code. Further, i inform you that i have been applied for the same from 4th july 2017, but not received any response. Then i have forwarded a request letter address to the sr. Branch manager, lic of india, branch ii, bistupur, jamshedpur on 20th june 2018, i have received a confirmation letter on 5th july 2018 from lic of india, divisional office, jamshedpur that my application has processed for issuing of n. O. C. But n. O. C. Is still awaited.

For the reason i am unable to join my job as the company wants to clear my all pending works before getting join at work.

Please look into the matter and advise to the concerned department to issue me n. O. C. And arrange to remove my pan from irda portal at the earliest.

Dear sir,

I am bikas mahanty, who was working as adviser for icici prudential life insurance company ltd vide license code ici00989007. But on ist april 2015 company has terminated my licences showing non –fulfilments of minimum business requirement. Hence, i have requested the company to delete my pan number (Ajzpm6734f) and agent code from irda list, which still appearing in the list. Icici prudential insurance co ltd, initially informed me that the agent code is not appearing in list, but on sending them the snap of website details and original resignation, pan copy etc. They send me a soft copy of no objection certificates (As per attached). Henceforth i have requested for the hardcopy of noc and also deletion of agent code from list vide various email on 15th, 16th, 25th and 10th november 2018 but no response has been received from their end. Hence, i am forced to bring in your notice the matter for urgent resolution of the issue.
I will be obliged if you can looked into the matter and give some early solution of the matter and take necessary actions as required.

Sir, i have received countinousoly fake call [protected] he introduced him self the employees of headquarters of the max life and he committed to refund the expired policy of my father and he also said i connected the call to irda office in igms mr. Rajeev sharma ([protected]) department and he want send you account details and atm photo and said please what's app in my number. You deposit in account up-to 20 % of policy value and i don't send any information for relating bank and he is also said a mobile no. [protected]
