    I was working with icici bank earlier in 2014 and resigned there in 2014, they gave me noc for agent id of life insurance also but my pan is still active in irda portal. Kindly remove it from there. Sending you the complete information below.

      Dear sir/madam,
      I am a policy holder on bharti axa life insurance. The policy’s name is ajeevan anand. My policy number is[protected]*.
      I purchased this policy in the year 2011 (6 years ago now) and have paid a total premium of approximately rs. 3, 60, 000. (Monthly premium rs. 5000 * 60 months)
      As per the policy, from the 6th years onwards i will receive a bonus every year and every 5th year from the 10th year onwards, i am entitled to an amount of rs. 1, 25, 000 (25% of the sum assured which is rs. 6, 39, 855)
      Since this is the 6th year, i received a bonus. I was informed the bonus declared this year is 0.6%.
      That is around rs. 3839 (Sum assured rs. 6, 39, 855 * 0.6%).
      The issue:
      1. Misrepresentation by the agent and the illustration: when i purchased this policy, the agent had told me that it would give guaranteed returns of 8 – 12% and the illustration shows a calculation of bonus between 6 – 12%. While i understand that this bonus depends on the company’s performance and that it isn’t guaranteed, the facts were misrepresented by the agents and even by the illustration. The point of an illustration is to show how much money could be earned for the bonus declared, but the amount being declared in the past 2 years of this policy are the same, i. E. 0.6% which fall no where between the illustrated range.
      2. Returns calculated: the bonus of 0.6% doesn’t make any sense. I have invested rs. 3, 60, 000 over that past 6 years and i barely get rs. 3839 as bonus after all this time.
      I don’t understand how the bonus is even calculated. As per the %’s declared for the year, this policy has declared the lowest. The economy is not even that bad, if there is a downturn, i wonder what will be even declared
      3. Rude responses and no grievance redressal : when i reached out to the team, they have been extremely rude and didn’t give me an alternative to change policies or even satisfactory responses to redress my grievance. I have reached out to them several times, all their responses are directed towards considering my policy paid up where in the sum assured reduces and i do not receive bonus or cash amounts and only the amount of lower sum assured if and when i die. They haven’t told me how they will redress my grievance around misrepresentation as well. I have also asked them for the surrender value to which they haven’t responded as yet.
      4. New policy and uneducated agents : when i had asked the customer care executive as to why such a bad performance and why were the returns misrepresented, she said the policy was new and the agent wasn't aware. A customer care agent called me regarding this and i was not happy with the response at all. I was told that its not the agents fault who sold me the policy (He quoted 10-12%), as the policy was new and the firm didn't know the historical trends. This is the atrocious response i received.

      Their agents have been going around lying and scamming people with these numbers and what i actually get is peanuts.
      It would have been better if i had put my money into an fd as it would have doubled by now.
      When it came to selling the policy and taking money from me, the agents and company is extremely quick. However, when it comes to customer service, this is absolute crap.
      I would rather get my money invested elsewhere such as lic, which by the way has better returns.
      Besides a rs. 6, 39, 855 sum assured isn't going to help me or my family much anyway in the case of my death. When the agent sold the policy to me, i told him very specifically that i'm looking for returns and he said that was assured and the life insurance policy was just an add-on.
      When being sold the policy, the agent had told me between 10 and 12% returns and i got 0.6% after investing around rs. 360000 over 5 years. This is the lowest bonus of all the plans declared.
      I don't understand that, when i trust someone with my money and expect returns, the portfolio managers performance is so bad, that after 6 years of paying rs. 60000 each year (Rs 360000 almost in total), i get a bonus of rs 3839.
      I feel like a fool putting in my money here. Even i work in the financial industry and this excuse that the executive has given me is not acceptable. A 0.6% bonus is very bad, i don't think the economy performance is that bad currently. I have invested money in mutual funds, lic, fd, rd and ppf, and trust me, this is the worst option.
      You are such a big brand and name, but because of certain executives, this is what your brand means to me : fraud.
      Please only get in touch with me if you have a solution, as i have mathematically explained to your executive how useless this plan is at these bonus rates.. Even if i die tomorrow.
      She told me the returns i would get "if" the company declared 8% bonus, but is highly unlikely as if the gdp and country rates are growing, your returns are 0.6%, so i'm sure in case of a downturn of economy, will be worse.

        Why you guys take so much time to solve an issue like removal of PAN from IRDA Portal. I am looking and your site everyday to have my complain of removal of PAN resolved. But not even a single step progress I have noticed in that. Kindly remove that as soon as possible.

          As per religare health insurance, irda has approved and allowed them to upgrade the care plan to care2.

          Please confirm if above statement is correct?

          They also state that "company may revise the renewal premium payable under the policy provided that revisions to the renewal premium are in accordance with the authority’s (Irdai) rules and regulations as applicable from time to time

          I clearly and already have understood that care is upgraded to care2 same and same thing religare is trying to project here.

          My clear question is that whether irda also allowed religare health insurance to apply upgraded "care2 plan to all existing customers who had chosen"care" product?

          Please confirm that does irda think that it is ethical and good practice to approve loading extra premium to existing customers just for the sake they have added features which will be never get utilized for 50% customers?

          Does irda approve such plans for any health care firm which forces existing customer to pay for the feature which he never had chosen and never will be utilized?

          One of agent of religare health also told me that irda has approved to religare health insurance that religare health insurance can load extra premium in every 4 years for considering inflation rate?

          Is it true? If it is true then why in what percentage they are allowed to load extra premium? And what was the percentage irda has approved this year for religare health insurance?

          Please carefully read my concerns understand the risk for the customer and take actions accordingly before people will become fool by health firm.
          I'm last month De-Lining pan card but still not de-lining pand please check find out problem. This is pan no BUBPR6355R please as soon as reply to me
          then how long to wait this complaint.i am so many compalint regiter in IRDA but no response then where i go

              मै canara bank sanchi का customer 20 साल से हूँ मेरी फॅमिली की insorance पॉलिसी icici lombard से थी 7 साल से, लेकिन bank manager के कहने पर मैंने पॉलिसी appolo munich से march 2016 मे ली । लेकिन suddenly मेरे पापा को cancer digonsise हुआ । और मेरी बिना अनुमति के march 2017 मै insorence premiun मेरे account से debit कर ली गई । april मै मैंने rembrusment के लिये document दिय तब से आज तक न bank ने support किया और न ही appolo munich ने, insurence वाले बोलते है की उनको यह बीमारी पेहले से थी आपने good helth certificate नही दिया जबकि न मेरे पापा को येह बीमारी पेहले से थी और न ही bank ने कोई certificate हमसे माँगा, हम 4 महीने से परेशान है apollo munich का जो ऑफीसर canara bank releted work देखते है बो भी कोई जवाब नही देता वार वार documents कि demand करते है आप कृपया निष्पक्ष कर्बही करते हुए मेरे पेसे दिलाने कि कृपा करे ।

              सर, पेहले भी आपको तीन वार कंप्लेंट कर चुका हूँ मगर आपकी तरफ़ से भी कोई action नही लिया जा रहा है insorence company कोई respond नही कर रही है और मेरी पॉलिसी भी बिना कोई सूचना के cancel kar दी है जबकि मेरे account से 4800 रूपये भी deduct कर लिये है, वार वार फोन, mail करके document कि requirnment करते थे लेकिन सभी document देने के बाद भी claim देने मैं आना कानी कर रहे है, 5 महीने हो गये है कृपया प्रकरण को जल्द से जल्द solve करवाये नही तो muche मजबूरन कोर्ट jaana पड़ेगा ।

                  I was issued a Medical insurance for my family under the above policy no. on 10/5/2017 in my husband's name- Mayank Sharma, the policy documents were received by us too.

                  1. On 10/06/17 we receive a mail from Max Bupa that Max Bupa will not be able to honor the policy since one of the family member is an amputee, (Physically Challenged)
                  2. This came as a shock as all this was already disclosed to your team and also mentioned in the form.

                  My questions as below:

                  1. Why was the policy issued in first place if Max Bupa has any such policy?
                  2. Why was this not disclosed by the agent (Ratanakar Bank Ltd) to us?
                  3. Where is it mentioned that a physically challenged person cannot take Medical insurance?
                  4. Is Max bupa an inclusive corporate citizen and does it respect the rights of a Physically challenged human being?

                  The matter doesn't end here. There were few more goo[censored]ps at company's end.

                  5. On 14/06/17, we receive a message for Refund of Rs 20, 690 against Rs 28, 000 (approx.). I don't understand the reason for partial refund.
                  6. Then we receive a message from our Bank that Max Bupa has requested for an 'ACH debit mandate for INR 37242/- '. Wow! if the policy has been cancelled and we have no relationship why the ACH?
                  7. We are still struggling to get our balance of the money back with a promise of crediting the amount every tomorrow.

                  Is there a rule that Physically challenged people cannot get Medical Insurance and do not have the basic right.

                  What is the penalty to the company for such an emotional distress and harassment for endless follow up.

                  Request your intervention and suitable action so that other people do not suffer at behest of such insensitive organisations. Its not only MAX BUPA but RATNAKAR BANK AGRA is equally responsible as I had taken the policy through them through a recommendation.

                      I received a phone call from arman ahmad from mobile no.[protected] that if i take a insurance policy loan of rs.5 lacs will be provided some how he convinced me to take the policy. Later i tried to cancel the policy but one of his associates deepak sharma called from no.[protected] and asked not to cancel the policy as he will be soon transferring the loan, but no loan has been provided and they also asked me to take another policy to fulfil the formality of bank transaction charges. Other numbers from which supporting phones came were +[protected] and [protected]. What action can be taken against these fraud telecallers and agents and how can i get my money back.
                      Its seems that to sell some policies you have been trapped by unscrupulous agents, unless documentary evidence of loan assurance no complaint can be lodged against these fraud agents to IRDA. Even if you complain, they may say policies are sold to you as per your request only. Therefore you should have aware there is no link between loan & buying of policy, This is only trick plied by the agents to sell policies to you, as such legally you cannot do any thing w/o valid evidence.

                            my quartly payment is 3910 and every of 4 year i get 40, 000 into my account

                            i have taken lic in 2009 and i am regular payer of policy

                            i have also taken loan on this policy of amount 16748

                            Note: on 24 april i got only Rs.19479 into my bank of baroda account no: 2830(last 4 digit)

                            Complain: without my information or without my authority lic office deducted amount of Rs. 20521

                            in which case you have done it ...have you taken my permission

                            please give me reason in written with office stamp within 15 days else i will

                            complain to upper officer...my loan document already taken by lic office

                              My agent code is bk4062 and lisence no. Is 9755640. Company birla sun life blocked my pan card on irda site. Last 8 month i have suffer for same. My fault was thst i have taken agent code in birla sun life under eployee be8369, but i have never done single policy in agent code bk4062. Due to compliance tampered of document age proof. I have sent mail from last 8 month to till but no one provide any solution to get out from this matter.
                              Please help what i do. My career spoil and mentally hares.

                                I Geeta N Pujar i have Taken a policy with a max life insurance co my policy no[protected] on 20/03/2017 which is till date i have not revived any Document from the Max Life Insurance Co. since last 1 month i am asking for my policy status no one is responding properly. today i called customer care number [protected] they are telling that we have canceled your policy and amount was refunded to ur account but i have not revived any amount from the max life insurance company. again the are asking my bank account statement which is i have already i given the are saying that you have to wait for 48 HRS .                                   my self and my wife has purchased health insurance from united india insurance co ltd for rs. 5.00 lacs each. Now we have submitted claim for rs. 35000/- on account of lazer operation of cataract left eye on 23.03.2017 to their concerned office at bhatinda punjab for reimbursement but they are not paying it because they informed that their head office have not updated the software and they are unable to process the calim. Therefore you are request to intervene in the matter and help us to get our claim at the earliest.

                                  When your proposal for health insurance accepted & issued the policy, there ends the matter & you are not suppose to suffer without claim for their internal problems. If the claim papers are in order & ok claim shall be settled within 30 days from the dt of submission of claim papers as per IRDA guidelines, otherwise they will have to pay interest for delayed period. You may insist the insurer to pay interest if claim is not settled within 30 days.

                                    This is your kind information that i have been visiting to max life insurance office since 6 months regarding renewal amount of policy of rs 125000 from 15th july, 2016 which has done in 2013. I have paid 2 premiums about rs 225000 through axis bank. But i was unable to pay in last year due to shifting to punganur and my wife health condition. Now i am ready to pay last premium if charges are applicable.

                                    Really iam very irritated with the service given by max life insurance people and even axis bank staff have been communicating with max life insurance people regarding this issue, but they informed that policy has lapsed and it will be rectified in one week, but there is no response from their side, but till now i didnot get this information. This is very pathetic situation
