Requesting you to cancel my agent code of life insurance corporation of india (lic ) and remove/resign from irda portal because of my new job

Sir my agency code in edelwise tokyo is EDTA0A132.From the start i am not interested in edelwise.even after 3 year without giving any business to private company my status on panlook up portal come inforce . i request you to please change my status on irda portal to terminated so and issue me form no 1c.i am enclosing the receiving of request for issuance of form no ic in edelwise tokyo.

Sir due to my current job criteria, my new company does not allow any agent code from any insurance company. I am not interested in continuing as an agent for any insurance company.

I am kanchan singh my pan is FGXPS7970B I joined LIC OF INDIA as an agent 2013. I have Resign & joined new job & I have surrendered my license but it's still appearing on IRDA portal & stetus is inforce my employer objecting it.

Dear Sir,

Without concern of mine, someone submitted my documents to CARE HEALTH INSURANCE for agent coding and It's showing active code in Pan lookup site. Recently I accepted a job offer but due to this I can't be able to join that oraganization. I have already submitted request for NOC. So please help me out by terminating my health code with CARE in agent database.

I had sent multiple mails to irda Corp agent helpdesk and irda Grievance desk for delinking
My Pan no BWAPS5532C portal .
I was working with Yes Bank in the year 2019 and I left in 2020.My pan no was linked with Yes Bank as per them they delinked the same but as per my current organization it's still reflecting with Yes Bank and is pending at IRDA portal.

My job and confirmation both will be affected because of this.
I had sent multiple mails regarding the same but everytime IRDA provides the screenshot of Yes Bank delinking provided by Yes Bank to them.

Who so ever is concerned with folded hands I am requesting to please do the needful.

I've unknowingly applied for a company which is an insurance agency. I came to know this later.

I had my agent code in STAR HEALTH AND ALLIED INSURANCE CO LTD since 15 July 2016 ( SHABA[protected]) I am not working till date .I got new job in Insurance Industry and they offererd me their joining letter also and I want to join new job in 3 days. But due to my IRDA Agent code I am not able to join my new organization. Please cancel the code or else Provide the NOC. My agency details are as under. I contacted the branch but they did not provide me the NOC . So please remove my agency details from Portal. My company wants the status of cancel on IRDA Portal so please do need full for me.I contacted many times in branch but there is no response from there end.I even not giving any business from my side.
