Remove pan from pan lookup

I Cherukumilli Veera Kumar was LIC Agent in Main Branch, Kakinada[protected] . But in past my agency was terminated. But my agency is showing in pan look up is showing in force .
Request to cancel my pan from IRDA PAN LOOKUP SIGHT . And I had given in LIC Division office to remove my pan from IRDA Pan look up that they told me that they had already putted in IRDA sight to cancel my agency in pan look up sight but still it showing my agency is inforce in pan look up sight.
So Sir please humble request to remove my pan from pan look up sight.
Sir please I am face many financial problems sir please kindly remove my pan card
