I had my agent code in Edelweiss tokio EDTA0Z713.I got new job in HDFC LIFE Insurance Industry and they my offer letter also. But due to my IRDA Agent code I am not able to join my new organization. Please cancel the code or else Provide the NOC.My agency details are as under. I contacted the branch but they not provide the NOC .So please remove my agency details from Portal. From MAX LIFE Insurance I have Termination Letter on 29.11.2019 against Agency Code No.MAX769284 for non fulfilment of Business and also received FORM IC (NOC) on 1st August 2021.

But regret to inform you in the IRDA Portal its still showing active and with SBI Life I cannot generate agency Code to work as a LM (Life Mitra) under a chosen UM (Unit Manager).

Please help me to deactivate my Max Life agency Code...
