Respective Official, I am taking a Agency of LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF INDIA with Agency Code 0237695X before more than a ten years same time I got a another Job with more benefits so I am not doing any kind of business or sell any products of LIC after that now I am interested to start a new business of General Insurance but I am unable to get a New Agency with my name because previous Agency details are showing with my Pan Number.
So I am requesting to you plz remove my previous Agency details from IRDA portal which is currently showing ( LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF INDIA Agency Code 0237695X ) it will be helpful to me to start a new business as soon as possible.
Once again I am requesting to you plz look into the matter and do the needful on priority basis.

Because of my name still showing in irda pan look up... Which shows not yet terminated properly... I am getting trouble in issuance of my new agency code.
So, i am requesting you to please terminate the previous agency code by removing my pan number from irda portal so i can get new agency code from HDFC life insurance. Hope you will accept my request and short out as soon as possible.

From MAX LIFE Insurance I have Termination Letter on 29.11.2019 against Agency Code No.MAX769284 for non fulfilment of Business and also received FORM IC (NOC) on 1st August 2021.

But regret to inform you in the IRDA Portal its still showing active and with SBI Life I cannot generate agency Code to work as a LM (Life Mitra) under a chosen UM (Unit Manager).

Please help me to deactivate my Max Life agency Code in IRDA Portal so that I can enrol with SBI Life Insurance. I am suffering for more than 10 months on the issue.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I worked in Axis Bank there bank give me a IRDA license but 20/04/2022 I resigned from Axis Bank and switch to other general insurance company where the company said to me that I have to cancel my irda license but I contact irda or my insurer but no one suggest me how to cancel the license
So please my request from irda portal delete my license details.

This is Bipin kumar yadav.My pan no. is (ACDPY4618B) .I want to join HDFC ERGO insurance but company claim that my pan card is tagged with MISP.According to company I have to untagged with MISP.
But I never applied for MISP code and I have no idea about it.How it activated I don't know.

I was working in Ageas federal life insurance organisation from Jan2021 to sep 21..but now i am working in Axis bank.
Here, I have completed IRDA exam for SP code . But still my pan linked with existing organisation. Kindly delink my pan from my existing organization (Ageas federal LI Code- 155294)
