I am Kalluri Venkateswarlu.Some body opened onme agent on EXIDE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY. I am not a agent on EXIDE LIFE. I am a software employee. Please remove my. PAN Number on IRDA Portal. It shows huge problem in my new job.

Sir,
Past i am suffering from my agency is showing inforce in pan lookup irda portal.

Sir humble request that i am family man i have to run my family .
Sir now I am doing job in Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance company Ltd as a Agency Sale's Manager. But HR is telling me that they find dual employment is showing means in pan lookup my agency is showing in force.
If they says me to left the job than how i runy family .
Please sir humble request to remove my agency from pan lookup irda portal.

I Dewashish Bipul Dey was Lic Agent in Telephone Exchange Branch Nagpur 099F. But in past my agency was terminated.
But my agency is showing in panlook up is showing in force .
Request to cancel my pan from IRDA PAN LOOKUP SIGHT .
And I had given in LIC Division office to remove my pan from IRDA Panlook up that they told me that they had already putted in IRDA sight to cancel my agency in panlook up sight but still it showing my agency is inforce in panlook up sight.
So Sir please humble request to remove my pan from panlook up sight.

Sir i had worked as advisor with LIC. I say that at this time my license is terminated for non fulfillment of minimum business guarantee, still my pan is reflected in irda portal. So i request you kindly delete my license and pan no. (BCSPC8955M) from irda portal. Do the needful as early as possible.
Although it has been detached as per pan look-up, please remove my pan no from your portal.

I was given licensed advisor code in LIC.
Due to some reasons couldn't continue it. Now i got NOC from the LIC but still my pan number is not terminated in the IRDAI portal.
The status is showing as inforce in the pan look up.
