My above claim was rejected in the name of pre existing diseases.My policy is 8year old policy whicih was ported on march 2022 from hdfc ergo healthcare to iffco tokio healthcare.I have provided all the details at the time of portal asked by the then agent at the time of portal. I have complained against it to bimalokpal on 2nd feb 25 but no cation is taken yet.Yesterday I hvae also emaild to you the same.Unfortunately this this is not only gdenying my claim but also deny from renewal.Today is the last day of renewal..please look into the matter by directing the company to allow me renewal and at the same time look into my claim.Policy no.H0869420
