I am Kecharla Usha Rani, Life insurance company and HDFC GEBERAL ERGO company and already given NOC surrender letter from 2 companies please remove my pan card from irda pan lookup portal.
Sir due to my current job TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. my new company not allow to any agent code from any insurance company and I am not interested to continue as a agent for any insurance company.
It's my humble request to you to please process to terminate my agent code with immediate efforts from IRDA PORTAL otherwise I am not eligible to join my new job

I have resigned from Niva Bupa Agency channel on 20/12/2022. They also issued cessation letter as a proof of my resignation but my PAN is not yet removed from IRDA portal. So here I am requesting you kindly delink my PAN EANPS7268K
