Irda — Company reject my claim as they considered my policy is new actually I make portabiliby my policy

Respected sir,
some detail of my insurance.
Company :- Apollomunichinsurance
Policy number :- 190800/11121/AA00502719.
Claim Id :- 503648.

I had oriental health insurance since last five years and in last november I transfered it in apollo health insurance under portability scheme.
Now in this december I submit reimbursement for treatment of my wife of lump in left breast (two). Fibroadenoma left breast.

Now company reject my claim and they given reason that your policy is start from 19th novermber and this illness cover after 2 years. My points is that I am not a new customer I tranfered my insurance from oriental to appollo under portability scheme.

I want solution this issue with help of you. Please help sir.
