Irda — for noc and removal of pan card number from irda portal

My Name is Shivam Shukla. I have joined HDFC LIFE INSURANCE ON 26/07/2021as per my id which is valid upto 05/01/2021. My Code No 00906861. I am not working with HDFC LIFE INSURANCE since 1years, my validity period is also expired but my pancard number is still showing in IRDA portal. I want NOC certificate from HDFC LIFE INSURANCE, and also removel of pancard because i want to work with LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF INDIA. Please do the necessary action.
