My health policy no - 170604/48/17/[protected]. National insurance company ltd. Mfp bihar. I haven’t received my health card, this is happening, since last 2-3 years after filling a complaint then i receive my health card which is becoming a major problem. This year again i have to file a complaint just for the health card, please help me and give me my family health card as soon as possible. Please take action against my complain. I am very sorry to say that you people are not taking your consumers seriously. We are facing lots of problem regarding your policy. Hope you will look into my problem as soon as possible
