Irda — Kindly Change my status terminated to Resignation I need my status Resignation

Dear Sir/Mam
I am A ARUNRAJ
My agency Code is LIC04250751 I was given irda exam in LIC AGENT.
Due to some family concerns couldn't continue it.I have received my NOC letter from LIC.
But i need to change my Status terminated to Resignation kindly change asap do the needful on urgent basis.
