Irda — Kindly remove/ revoke my PAN blacklist status

IRDA Agency code has been blacklisted and cancelled due to no fault of mine. Various complaints were made but did not receive any proper response. It has been almost 3 years Since Jan 2019. The employees of the Insurance Company has created the ruckus and I am suffering for all of it. Kindly remove the Blacklisted status from my Pan Card so that I can apply in some other company or the same company if required.
