Irda — Lic of india not resolve claim till.policy no.[protected]

Dear sir/madam,
my father had taken a policy of life ins. Corporation of india. but suddenly he died last years 29/02/2016, after death we submitted all required documents at concern branch. But till date we have not received any claim amount.. Kindly help us... And settle this claim asap..
