Irda — MY agency code is still showing in the portal, I want to change from LIC to EXIDE

I request to please issue ME a NOC from LIC as My agency has been terminated long back. I want to apply for a better insurance company.
The agency code ( Licence Number[protected]still shows on IRDA PORTAL.
Please do the needful.
