Irda — PAN card no removed from agent portal - BUYPP0737N

Dear Concern,

In 2016 i have joined LIC as a life insurance agent but after worked 1 year, i have stopped for working due to i m giving proper time to lic agent profile as well as in 2019 lic deactivated my agent code from his portal. But now i have job applied for banking sector so i found the information from HR team that my pan no is activated in IRDA portal, i humble request to you pls deactivate my pan no from irda agent portal. Details is mentioned below
