Irda — pan lookup removal

Hi,
I was agent of Religare health insurance .
With agent licence number: RLH20110426.
I have submitted all my documents to Religare company. But there after also pan has not been erased from the IRDA site. Due to active licence I'm unable to join any company. I'm sitting after that it's been 10-15 days.

Please help to close active licence.
