Irda — pan removal / status change

Good morning sir / madam

My pan number is : arnpj9422f

I had cleared my irda exam and got a license through kotak life insurance.
My agent code was 60185363. And my license validity was between.

[protected] to

[protected] only.

I had not do any business with that code. So that code was terminated by
[protected] itself.

And i searched in irda agent locator site, while i enter my hometown pin code, and i choose kotak life insurance, my name was not shown on that list.

But

Still it's being on "inforce status" in our irda pan lookup site.

And it shows my agent appointment date as[protected], and status change data as[protected].

I don't understand how it has been changed? Since i have not doing any business & my code was already terminated by[protected] itself.

Now i have been working at another one insurance company for past 5 years. My current employment send me a mail that my license is still being an active status.

So kindly check and remove it, and change the status as "terminated"
As soon as possible.
