I am Mrs. Piyali Sengupta, resident of BF-6/11, Deshbandhu Nagar, Baguiati, Kolkata-700059, W.B., India. My PAN No. is DTUPS1019B. I got Life Insurance Agent Code[protected] on 1st April 2015 through Aegon Life Insurance Co. Ltd. But I couldn't continue my work with Aegon because of some unavoidable circumstance (moving to Toronto for personal reasons). Therefore, my "status of agency" with Aegon Life Insurance Co. Ltd. was terminated on 11 Feb 2016 due to "Non-Fulfillment of Minimum Business Guarantee".
Now, I want to join to different life insurance company. Therefore, I need my PAN status (PAN: DTUPS1019B) to be changed from the IRDA PAN Lookup site because until and unless my PAN is associated with Aegon, I can't join another life insurance company.
I am requesting you to change my status from the IRDA PAN Lookup site so that I can join another life insurance company.
