My name is Lalit Kumar Bhosagar i have joine Max Newyork Life Insurance company Limited as an agent on dt. 11/07/2008 and it validity is dt. 10/07/2011. I haven't doing any business for that company and the code is terminated I not receive any termination letter.My license validity also expired. But my pan number looked up in irda portal.I visited Rourkela max life Branch but they not responding me.
