Subject. : regarding denial for issue of noc (Form-1c) by tata aia life insurance company ltd. Horizon branch office kolkata-700071 (Wb)
Dear sir.
After receiving licence (No. Ail[protected] from irda, i joined tata aia life insurance company ltd.in its branch office located at horizon building (1st floor) aside hadiram, 57. Jawaharlal nehru road, kolkata-700071 (Wb) in july’ 2014, as an agent/advisor bearing agency code no. Tata aia 4565389. Letter of appointment (Loa) was issued to me from the said branch by tata aia life insurance company ltd. But due to some personal problems i was unable to do business as per minimum requirement and gradually i was disassociated with the company. Later i came to know from one of my client that i have been terminated. But this was neither informed to me through e-mail/sms/phone nor have i received any notice from tata aia office. Latter i decided to resign from the company. I went to the branch office of tata aia at horizon building on 23/05/2017 with my resignation letter dated 23/05/2017 (Attached as annexure-1)) and meet with the branch manager smt susmita mukherjee, discussed with her and offered my resignation letter and requested her to receive and acknowledge receipt of the same.
But on repeated requests in presence of her colleague shri saptarshi halder, branch operation executive, she abruptly denied to receive my letter say that this is not required as i have already been terminated. On repeated requests, she somehow handed over me a computer printout (Attached as annexure-2) taken from her computer. Which indicates that i was terminated on 18th january’2016 for non fulfilment of minimum business guarantee. On request for issue of noc (Form-1c), she told that, this is not required as already terminated and if at all i require i have to give annual business of rs 1, 20, 000/- to become active and then apply for noc during active period. She was repeatedly giving irda references but unable to show me the rules of irda in fabour of her statement.

Sir, i am a retired person from psu and have some liability. Therefore i would like to work for some other life insurance company suited and convenient to me. My licence is valid till 23/07/2017. I would like to request you to kindly take necessary actions for issue of noc (Form-1c) and delete my pan no. From irda pan look up &tata aia data base at the earliest, before expiry of my irda licence. This letter has already been submitted on 06/06/2017. May kindly do the needful.
