Irda — Remove my pan card from irda pan lookup portal CVYP 1517P

Dear sir

I am Rajendra MENARIA I have a agency code in Aditya birla health insurance company and liberty general insurance company an already given noc surrender letter from both companies please remove my pan card from irda panlookup portal

Sir due to my current job TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. my new company not allow to any agent code from any insurance company and I am not interested to continue as a agent for any insurance company.

It's my humble request to you to please process to terminate my agent code with immediate efforts from IRDA PORTAL otherwise I am not eligible to join my new job
