Irda — surrender license and get the noc letter on prior basis

Respected sir / mam

My name is arti. I have a agency code of sbi life insurnce co. Ltd. 5 years back i have got this code. Due to some family reason, i am not able to do work on this code. I have already submitted code surrender letter to that sbi branch.
After that my code is still showing on the pan look up status. This is a big issue for me regarding my future job concern. Kindly help me to get my noc letter and remove my code from irdai portal.
