Irechargeonline.com — DTH recharge failed and amount not refunded yet

I have done recharge of Rs. 890/- through State Bank of Mysore on 18.04.2016. Bu the recharge failed and they have assured to give the refund within 7 to 10 days. But till date I have not got the refund. It seems that the company had the habit of duping customers. If it is not resolved within next week I am sure to take some stringent action. I will not let them go as they want.
