Today morning I used ur site to make tata sky DTH payment u guys went ahead and deducted my money from credit card but never paid tata sky instead sent me payment failure to tata sky notification email. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in U have sent me an email stating money has been put to my wallet but no wallet visible in account. When I click on support icon it says to re logon to file a support ticket it says my account is been locked by the administrator I fail to understand when i can logon to check the general account it allows but when I try to login to raise a support ticket it doesn't.. I need my money back in my credit card account asap Pls contact me on [protected] otherwise I will logde a cyber cell complain today itself Was this information helpful? | |||||
