Irechargeonline.com — Recharge amount rs 100.00 is cradited from a/c but recharge not done.

I had recharged my mobile no-[protected] on dated 17.04.2016 through EBS payment get way. EBS payment id[protected] and payment reference no-7U4431Z40X060389U2H3.But till date neither the recharged amount has been reached in my mobile nor the amount has been return back in my bank account.
Only amounting Rs 100.00 has been deducted from my bank account.

Please look into the matter from your end.
