Iredeem.in — complaint regarding my benetton bag

I ordered benetton bag from iredeem.in on 11may2019 and now it is almost more than 15 days but i didn't received any notification or any message regarding my benetton bag and i also tried to call to customer care number of iredeem.in but it could not connected.
Below i have mention that email that i received after order my benetton bag
