Iredeem.in — money has been deducted but didn't receive any confirmation message

Sir,
i had place an order o[censored]CB watch on 15-nov-2018. i had made payment through netbanking (HDFC). i had recive message from bank you had paid Rs.411.83 including Gst (transaction ref no:[protected].Till now i didnt recive any confirmation message or any order id from iRedeem.So please help me.
