Received an e voucher from axis bank (Copy of mail is attached here) on 24th aug 2015. I redeemed the voucher on 28th august 2015 through website www. Iredeem.in. A message was displayed on the screen"you have successfully redeemed your evoucher. There was no confirmation through email or sms sent to me. As per the mail from axis bank, the product was supposed to reach me within 15-21 days. But now it is almost 30 days. I didnt receive any call or mail. I tried contacting @ [protected] which was provided as customer care number in the website of iredeem. But most of the time the call gets disconnected automatically saying"our executives are busy, we have noted your number and will receive a call back" please help in getting the redeemed product asap.
