I did purchased a benetton watch on 11 dec 2018 which was under hdfc offer, and made the payment through netbanking but i didnt got any sms or email as confirmation. I registered the complaint on the same day but i didnt got any update till now. This is 2nd time i am raising the complaint please solve the issue and deliver my product or return back my money.
