[Resolved]  Iredeem.in — refund on shipment id-[protected]

Hi team,

There was a refund of Rupees 411 of Shipment ID-[protected] was supposed to come. However, even after 11 days I have not received the refund into my bank account.

The Reference ID: 5cc81e03da9a3 was shared my Iredeem team but no refund has been received yet.

I have emailed Iredeem multiple time however, there is no response from them and I tried the customer care phone number to address my concern but unable to connect over call.

Please help on this.

I have received an offer from bank with some code to redeem and buy products at discounted price. Then i have placed an order with one product benetton watch 499 bugs with iredeem . Till now didnt receive anything. Even there is no other way to track details except Transaction ID. Pls check and resolve my query
