Irudayam Hospital — Refund o[censored]sg test not done

I had done a bill for USG test by paying Rs 800 from my credit card for my sister Mrs Sasmita Jena (Who is staying at Kendrapara District) vide bill no KIMS-OCS-2169967 on dated 27th Mar 2022. Appointment given for 28th Mar 22 but due to emergency at domestic, she could not done the USG test. Since then i am trying for refund but no result. One Mr Manoj who is sitting at USG registration counter contacted many times but no result of refund. It is requested the amount may be returned to original payment method.
