Respected sir,
I would like to bring to your notice about the unsatisfactory service that i received on 1 December 2023 at kims anayara for my infant
which promises us to provide a good Service and treatment .
The Nurses and Doctors seemed to be unfriendly and unapproachable at instances which made me to regret for choosing the treatment at Kims, an unpleasant experience to say the least.
Being a Doctor Mr.Manesh Senan denied his treatment and was asking us to go to a thattaan or ear piercers somewhere outside for an ear piercing procedure for my infant. Who dosent seems to have any right to redirect or mock us or to speak in an disrespectful manner intending to insulting us., All he did everything was intentionally, so that i will back up and go for some otherway . Seems like he was in no mood to work at the moment for this minute procedure.Because of his rude behaviour I lost my confidence and i cancelled my appointment backed up myself from the idea of piercing ear for my child with his hands. And also i was not ready to handover my child to Dr.Manesh with that attitude where i cannot trust him as a person nor a doctor.
The staffs over there upon hearing these issues convinced me to take an appointment for another doctor, where we accepted to go for it .Dr.saffiya was another option who was available, was friendly to approach so we regained our confidence back and went for the procedure. The piercing went wrong on both the ears which is asymmetrical and tilted which is in the verge for re-piercing now. As a mother i will cannot allow my daughter to be treated in such a way, the pain she has suffered through as an one year old child and the Medical negligence towards her, and for the trauma caused to us as parents everything needs an proper explanation. As we live in a world of aesthetic preferences, as a girl child the scar that is gonna last on her earlobe is a remnant and also a reminder for us about the negligence of the treatment kims have provided us.
Since My infant suffered unnecessarily, and as parents the mental torture we have gone through, I would like to know what Dr.Manesh and that the doctor and nurse who attended in your hospital have been reprimanded for this negligence.

I hereby urge you to take the matter into your own hands, so that convenience is served at the earliest.
Thanking you,

Hi, my name is Vijay, Actually, my brother is suffering from heart pain. We thought to make of consult with Dr. Narayana Raju(MD, DNB )-KIMS from VIZAG. which he was available at TUNI every Saturday. So we made a call for an appointment with his assistant name(Nageswarao) on[protected]Saturday @2:45 PM), and we asked him for a consultation. He said the doctor will leave at 3:30 PM, try to come early. So we traveled from Kathipudi to Tuni around 35 KM within half an hour and we reached at 3:23 PM sharp. At that time the doctor was there in the premises. As he was well-educated and a doctor, he said my time is done so I need to leave and he went off without seeing the patient's condition. So Kindly take action immediately.

I am writing to complain about the improper nursing service I received at your hospital. My father was recently admitted to your facility in Emergency and was extremely disappointed with the care I received.

My father (Mr. Sadasivan Nair MRN :[protected]was assigned to the same room as a patient who was critically ill and in need of constant care. Despite my repeated requests for help, I was always left alone and ignored. I also experienced several instances of neglect, including when the patient in my room thrashed around and I had to call for help multiple times. Ms Adhithya from Emergency department was the concerned nurse for my father. She was giving back answers when I asked her my doubts and was really arrogant behavior which was not suit for a nurse. I had some good beliefs regarding Kims hospital and now it was vanished because of her rude behavior. My father was a patient of Kims for 12 years and it was the 1 st experience like this.

I believe that the nursing staff at your hospital should be held responsible for the poor care I received and I would like to request that you take action to address the issue.

I am Dr Angeleena. My mom Mrs T Suguna (IP no :[protected] was admitted to KIMS hospital, Minister Road Secunderabad on 15th December 2022. She was in ICU 4 till 27th December and was shifted to ICU 3 due to hospital's own reasons. My mom had two pairs of *silver toe rings*(mettelu) on her toes since her marriage ... spanning 62 years. The staff in ICU 3 removed the toe rings from my mom's feet on 28th December (there was absolutely no need for them to do so). On 29th Dec, I asked the staff to return the toe rings but they promised to return later. My mom passed away on 30th December 2022 at 10:45 p.m. and even after completion of all the formalities to take my mom home on 31st December, the hospital staff did not return the toe rings. My friend had written 'toe rings not received'.
Ms Greeshma (name given by her +91 995970xxxx) the nursing head in ICU was responding to my calls but after that someone named
Mr Bharath( their head[protected]xxx) Ramesh KIMS appeared in the Truecaller) called me after 1 month on 30th January 2023 and promised to look into this matter but hasn't responded nor returned the toe rings. *The price of the toe rings might not be big but it's value for us is worth a treasure as they are the last memory of my mom on her body.* Who gave them the right to pull out the toe rings from her feet when my dad is still alive?
                1. If they had removed the toe rings earlier than 30th December then they robbed us.
                2. If she passed away on 28th then why did they treat her for 2 more days?
Such kind of behaviour can be expected from small hospitals, clinics or government hospitals but not a reputed corporate hospital like KIMS.
The grievances are many in the KIMS hospital apart from man-handling patients in ICU on ventilator and charges are levied upon hapless people in the name of protocol. They don't use diapers for patients yet charge us for that. A digital thermometer to check the body temperature in ICU doesn't work and the staff flits it like a mercury thermometer. When we demand for splitting of the bill for each item, our plea falls into deaf ears instead free advice will be given to us from the floor manager and his colleague on the phone to shift the patient from KIMS hospital to where we can afford.
Is it not protocol to return the toe rings which they removed?
As an educated person if I don't voice out this issue then it will not come to light as there might be many bearing this as we speak and undergoing trauma, so KIMS HOSPITAL, please do the needful to return my mom's toe rings as it's our family treasure. I had to seek help from the consumer complaint and this mode, as my request to the hospital authorities has fallen into deaf ears.
After sending a message to one of the Directors, the nurse sent a WhatsApp message requesting me for a discussion in person and wanted me to be present at their own convenience and not mine. I have my consent for discussion and it hasn't materialised yet. They are trying their best to conceal the matter.

Dr. Angeleena, A S Rao Nagar, Hyderabad

What's the use of posting here when there's no response from Kims? There should be some quick help desk for such complaints. People will lose trust on doctors, nurses, overall hospital. 98%<lost the trust. Remaining 2%, is trying (like me ) and making efforts

I have obtained appointment for the patient Girija Nair No.[protected] with Dr. Madan Mohan( ortho) and Dr and Dr Ranjit Ramanan Pillai (neuro) for date 6th January. On 5th evning around 9 pm i was informed that Dr. MadanMohan is not available and my appointment rescheduled. On insisting that the condition of the patient is worse and to avoid inconvenience at OP only, I have mede the appointment in advance, and i must visit the doctor on the same day. I was told token will be provided for Dr. Ranjith Unnikrishnan. When I visited the front office, I was provided WE for Dr. Ranjit Unnikrishnan. After consulting Dr Ramanan, we came to Ortho OP. Doctor was not available, and the patient was unable to bear the pain. After sometime on seeing the condition of the patient the staff suggested suggested to transfer the file to Dr. Ankit Chacko. Though Dr initiated xray procedure, no treatment provided. Again I was told to get token for Dr. Unnikrishnan. All these time the patient was sufferring from unbearable pain, and nobody to attend. Annoyed by this the patient decided to leave the hospital, this made me a helpless by stander. On reporting the matter to Dr. Unnikrishnan, i was told that my token is W32 and will have to wait. It his practice that he will treat the patient with appointment first and patient with token later only. On my personal visit earlier, it was not the case, W and A will be considered alternatively.
Some how the staff at the OP went outside the hospital premises and pacified the patient to come back. Such a situation I never expected from a hospital of your repute. When the patient was crying with pain, consolation is expected, and what ever treatment to calm down is expected o

My mother is admitted in hospital last week. The doctor is not properly providing explanation and is very rude!
The food is horrible and not given on time. We had asked for Jain food and they gave non vegetarian!
They shifted the patient 2 times in different floors! Kept the patient waiting for over 3 hours!
The floor manager doesn't even care. The nurses are really bad as well.
Overall i would rate 1 out of 5

I with my father and my brother in law came for the dylisis of my father to KIMS hospital, admitted in nephrology ward on 1st February 2022. The hospital charged us about 43000 but when I asked in In-patient counter about the billing statement. The officer refused to give me. He told me not to think about it. I am very disappointed 😞.

Even after priorly informing that we ll be taking the patient(MR No.[protected] dated 16Dec 2021) to a Healthcare facility(nearby our home) for further management (after consulting with the treating physician), unnecessary delay was being done during the discharge procedure. It is very disheartening to have such an experience since we are from a far off place, and the patient was bought here for emergency management.

                                    Hi,
This is a complaint against KIMS hospital, Trivandrum for availing the parking fee for my car numbered KL59R4337 on 6th Nov 2021 @ 7:40 PM on Basement 2 (inv no 10643).As part of Hospital visit, I was asked to park the vehicle at the basement parking by the security and while leaving the parking area, the parking fee of Rs30 was availed without any intimation.
Please note that the parking facility is within the hospital premises and patients visiting the hospital should be provided the facility of free parking within the hospital premises ( Private Paid parking outside the hospital premises is understandable ). Also there was no intimation/board stating the parking is paid.
I believe permit for the hospital is given by agreeing the facilities which include a free parking for the hospital visitors.
                                    Kindly look into this matter.
