[Resolved] Ishan Group / Ishanitech.biz — Internet plan of 50 mbps, need money back

Bought 50mbps plan from ishan netsol last week. In span of 3 days internet went down 4 times, today twice. Writing this review from mobile data. Can't work from home in this. In 4 days I couldn't join 5 meetings as there is no proper mobile network at my home. Only one number to complain, which answered by machine. There is one local agent from whom i bought this plan. When I called him he said shop opens at 10am, I'm having lunch right now etc. Totally disappointed. Regretting, want to cancel and want full refund. Kindly help me. Was this information helpful?
