I have booked a intercity express ticket from pune to thane i have confirmed my ticket. But when i reached at platform the platform staff are accusing me with no tickets by saying your ticket booking is cancelled, but i did'nt received any cancellation mail or any message, still my train is departed and still pnr is showing in waiting list. This is totally unacceptable with respective medi for ticket booking. Now my schedule is totally changed due to this issue. Do the necessary working on this and revert me back
