IT — Online EPF Transfer issue pending since Aug 15

Hi Team,

My Ref Number 999248051508170024287 for PF transfer is showing status as 'Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office'.The status has been same Since Aug-2015 even after being approved.
And its been 6 months now i have not received any acknowledgement yet.Tried contacting epf help-desk but no response.

Kindly let me know when the PF amount will get transferred to my account ?

also let me know if anything needs to be done from my end.
