Next day mujhe [protected] is number se call aayi ki aap apna addhar card pan card check book or one photo send kijiye.

uske baad udhar...

Last 15days ago I have purchased chocolate cream biscuit from your distributer (Gemini marketing) when I m opening boxes I found that in some boxes quantity shortage in total I have shortage 5bundle of 12pices each I request u 2 please settel my claim fast as soon

This is regarding the order number 62252.

Worst possible experience. At first, the product was not delivered even after 6 days past the delivery date and now they have issues with the refund as well. The order was placed on 19th May with delivery date selected as 22nd May between 3PM - 9PM and the order was not delivered till 28th of June.

I had to call up customer care, multiple times to know about the delivery status as well as the refund status. Refund was initiated on 28th May and they are telling me yesterday i.e. 8th of June that the refund was not processed due to issues. If I hadn't called I would have never got to know about it.

Why don't you they keep the customer updated about the status of the delivery through a call or mail? Why do they expect the customer to call and know about the status? Horrible service till date. Never I'm going to order anything from ITC going forward .

Purchased the aashirvaad whole wheat atta on Monday and the quality is v bad.

Didn't expect this from your company.
Never had such a bad experience.
Atta is smelling and couldn't eat.

The distributor of ITC Shivam Enterprises Chandpur Varanasi is not taking orders from us(Maa Sankatha general Store Varanasi) also we are trying to contact supervisor/Salesman(Raman) but he is behaving very rudely and arrogantly saying that we do not have time so do not call us, we are struggling from last 1 month to get the orders placed due to which our customer is getting affected as we are not able to supply them the desired products.

As last month I'm surveyed in Google for online jobs. Suddenly itc7777.com opened. Directly I'm logging in and customer service also available on page browser.(customer service username of telegram '@itcsangita' clicked and asked they told to contact one teacher. Teacher username of telegram '@caleb[protected]'.

They told per day earning list. I told per day 400/ enough. But they also accept to do then again request to do charge amount of 2000/
After completion of this project again request to complete another project of 6000/ remaining amount to be charge then only continue. I told no need, I want to withdrawal, but withdrawal request not approval. They told to complete me that project then only it's approved to withdraw option. I lose 2000/ so after completion I will credit that balance. So I tried to continue and complete. Again they told me to charge amount to do project amount of 20000/ this third round, I shouting them to charge. Finally same process made to go 2lakhs. My investment amount 1.5lakhs. final withdrawal project completion time network error occured on that website. So failure happen two times. I have recorded screen recording. Video also attached for your reference.

I lost one year salary money. I lossed my life in one year.

Please save public, poor people invest and getting lose. Please ensure this scam website thief group. Please take action your end to save people.

Due to lockdown I have to buy face cream Charmis from online portal Flipkart.
I'm really sorry to say that the portal is supplying duplicate product which is definitely denting the name of ITC.
The product I received has no MRP, no Expiry, no Batch number even the label is in form of sticker which is pasted very poorly.

I have never seen sticker on Charmis rather the bottle is well printed.

sir/ma'am in 2020 the product of ITC bingo products was lefted from BN trading then it will be gone through NAMAN tarding Co. in (C1-249, sangam vihar, new delhi[protected]email- [protected]@gmail.com) and that time i was shifted my shop one place to another place. at that time in shifting there are lots of replacement in three to four bags. which i will give you description blow
205 pcs * 10 MRP = 2050
209 pcs * 10 MRP = 2090
90 pcs * 10 MRP = 900
37 pcs * 10 MRP = 370
250 pcs * 10 MRP = 2500

this replacement i was given to DSM name as RIZVAAN KHAN who will worked at NAMAN trading at 8 FEB 2021.
now this person rizvaan was resign there job in march 2021 and now a days the owner or NAMAN trading was saying the replacment was not deliver at that place.

and at the same time when i will given that return product i was provided Post Dated(09 march 2021) my cheque of rupees 23540 was bounced by some resign. which i will paid in cash.

now they will not given my replacement of bingo and after that they was not delivered my order of bingo

please sir do some thing of my problem there

ITC has an unauthorized distributor in Jammu, Angel Traders who has set-up a warehouse in the residential neighborhood of Sanjay Nagar, Jammu. They are a major nuisance for the people in the neighborhood because of continuous activity in the warehouse.
It is requested that ITC take up the matter with the Angel traders and ask them to shift to a commercial place.

Awaiting a positive and quick response.

The company person is not taking orders for no reason from me.(Mahalaxmi Store, Daspalla, Grocery).I'm buying goods from other's while their is Anand Distributor from Nayagarh is delivering to other shops for 2 times.
So please enquire about the reason and solve the matter.

Despite of writing thousand emails and phone calls on customer care you people don't revert.

I have received an email stating that you have already delivered the entire order, howeverI HAVEN'T received the ORDER. It was my biggest MISTAKE to TRUST and order from your website, I would have ordered from Amazon or flipkart only. In my order I just received a STALE green pea packet which packed with a CELLOPHANE TAPE, during the covid situation all around the world do you expect the customers to eat or receive the unhygienic packaging??This STALE PACKET is of no use to me have kept it as it is you can get that collected .

Such UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR was never expected from a big name like yours. You guys are repeatedly marking my ticket resolved without solving the issue. This was my first and the last order at your website also I will definitely spread this to my Colleagues, Friends and Family, and will make SURE that we are NOT placing any orders to your website

My name is shekar from makthal509208 .the distributor was not taking order and not suppling goods only he do sales of cigrate to other states near by him to earn high margins.but not suppling properly goods in local market, he is saying some itc local officials in my hand, so nobody take action on me.please take action on him

I am a regular smoker, but from few days I am observing difference in the taste of the cigarette and the look of the cigarette and packing of the cigarette, I am from Andhra Pradesh Kadapa district, Kadapa Town

I think some gangs are duplicating this brand Gold Flake kings and some more ITC brands

I think there are some ITC employees and distributor's involved in this, hope the security team will find the culprits
